Information about the Werner Inn.

The werner Inn was built by Jacob Stambaugh for Henry Werner in 1834. It was purchased in 1986 by the Historical Society from Charlotte Kendzora, the fourth generation of her family to occupy the home. The building is located on a major east-west stagecoach route and provided food and bed to many early travelers.
